Orders & Payments

We are required by law to charge and collect taxes on the products we sell. The amount of tax that we charge is based on the tax laws applicable to the location where the order is being shipped or delivered. During checkout, the appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The estimated tax amount displayed during checkout may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order. This variation is due to different tax rates that apply based on the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Afterpay in the US and Canada, subject to approval.

If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships out, you can initiate a return once you receive your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as “delivered.” If tracking shows no movement or looks stuck for more than two weeks, orders may be considered lost, and a claim will need to be made. Orders “Lost in Transit” or “Delivered & Not Received” will only be reshipped. Please note: refunds will not be issued for these. Although our shipping department strives to be as perfect as our sheets, uncontrollable events may occur, so our carriers offer insurance on all orders (recommended on international orders)

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-5 business days. Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may contact Customer Service. If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received. Washing & Care

Regular sheets are typically recommended to be washed weekly. However, doing so on a regular basis can be time-consuming for most people. That’s why derme home offers bed sheets that prevent up to 99.9% of bacteria growth so they can be washed up to an estimated 3x times less than traditional sheets in cold to medium water with a gentle detergent.

Machine Wash:
- Use cold water with a mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Wash separately to prevent snags.
Gentle Cycle:
- Opt for a gentle cycle to minimize wear.
Low Heat Tumble Dry:
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles.
Ironing (if needed):
- Iron on a low setting, although bamboo is naturally wrinkle-resistant.

Returns & Refunds

Derme Home Return Policy At Derme Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding purchase. Here are the details of our return policy:

Domestic Returns:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@dermehome.com.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- A return shipping label is included in all packages for your convince, as well as instructions how and where to send your package.
- After 30 days, the label expires, and you can contact Customer Service for a new label, resulting in store credit for a future purchase.
- There is no restocking fee but you will be responsible to cover return shipping cost. If you choose store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Additional Return Guidelines:
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Include the original order packing slip in your return package.
- Returns of multiple orders should not be combined to avoid processing delays.
- Refunds for orders purchased with a gift card will be issued directly back to the gift card.

Conditions for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
