Derme Home Return Policy
At Derme Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding purchase. Here are the details of our return policy:
- Domestic Returns:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@dermehome.com.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- A return shipping label is included in all packages for your convince, as well as instructions how and where to send your package.
- After 30 days, the label expires, and you can contact Customer Service for a new label, resulting in store credit for a future purchase.
- There is no restocking fee but you will be responsible to cover return shipping cost. If you choose store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Additional Return Guidelines:
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Include the original order packing slip in your return package.
- Returns of multiple orders should not be combined to avoid processing delays.
- Refunds for orders purchased with a gift card will be issued directly back to the gift card.
- Conditions for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

- International Returns:
- We accept international returns; however, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our international return guidelines for more details here.
How do i request a return?
- Domestic Returns:

- To start a return, you can contact us at info@dermehome.com.
- Once your return has been created, use the return shipping label that was included in your initial order
- Follow the instructions how and where to send your package.
- Please include the original order packing slip in the return package.
- International Returns:

- A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Please note, We accept international returns; however, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Self-postage Returns
- You can send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense.
- Send an email to info@dermehome.com to initiate a return and a returns slip will be emailed to you.

What about shipping fees?

How do you process refunds?
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- Where returns are processed for store credit, a DERME HOME gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
- Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a DERME HOME gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us.
